Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove the data Voilà stores in connection with Facebook, or delete your Voilà account entirely, at any time.

Disconnect Facebook page sharing

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Voila Poster and choose Remove.
3. Then email jennifer@voila-local.com with the subject "Facebook data deletion" from the email on your Voilà account. We will delete your stored Facebook Page ID and Page access token within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also disconnect from within your Voilà business, staff, or creator portal where a disconnect option is shown; this deletes the stored Page token immediately.

Delete your entire Voilà account

1. Email jennifer@voila-local.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your Voilà account.
2. We will delete or de-identify your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes, and confirm by email.
