Terms of Service

Welcome to Voilà LOCAL ("Voilà," "we," "us"), operated by jmBABE Collective LLC. By creating an account or using voila-local.com and related Voilà services, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Voilà is a hyperlocal marketplace where businesses and their staff post real-time deals, openings, and events; creators publish local content; and neighbors discover, follow, and claim what's happening near them. Features, plans, and pricing may change as the platform evolves.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Business, staff, creator, and affiliate accounts may carry paid subscriptions, billed through Stripe on the terms shown at signup. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your portal, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• You must be at least 18 to hold a business, staff, creator, or affiliate account.

Your content

• You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Voilà a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform and — as part of how Voilà works — to share it to the Voilà LOCAL social channels and, if you connect one, to your own Facebook Page.
• You are responsible for your content: it must be accurate (honor your posted deals!), lawful, yours to post, and consistent with community standards. No misleading offers, spam, hate, or infringing material.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Deals and claims

Deals are offers made by the posting business or staff member, not by Voilà. The business is solely responsible for honoring its offers, its pricing, its cancellation and refund policies, and the services it provides. Voilà is a venue, not a party to transactions between businesses and customers.

Facebook page sharing

If you connect a Facebook Page, you authorize Voilà to publish your Voilà content to that Page on your behalf. You must have authority over any Page you connect. You can disconnect at any time; see our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

Affiliates and referrals

Affiliate participation is governed by the affiliate terms presented in the affiliate program. Commissions accrue and pay out as described there and may be adjusted for refunds or fraud.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Voilà is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jmBABE Collective LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of businesses, staff, creators, or users on the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licenses for past posts, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
