Wishes are the unique demand-side feature of Voilà LOCAL. You see Wishes that match your category and respond with a custom offer. They claim it, you've turned an exact-fit prospect into a confirmed customer. It's available on Reveal ($19.99) and Premiere ($42.99) tiers.
How is this different from review sites or coupon platforms?
Two huge differences. First — we curate. Every business is personally reviewed before joining, so the locals trust what they see. Second — we don't sit between you and the customer. Locals discover you on Voilà, claim a deal, then walk into your business and pay you directly. No discount-site commission haircut, no pay-to-be-seen ad auctions. Your margins stay yours.
What if I'm not approved?
If you're declined, we'll tell you why and what you can do about it. Most declines are because the business is too new, too far from a launched market, or doesn't fit our local-only standard (chains, franchises). We do not charge anything during application review. If declined, you owe nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your business dashboard, no phone calls, no retention scripts. Your listings stay live until the end of your paid period, then they're hidden. No early cancellation fees, ever.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Voilà LOCAL is a flat monthly subscription. We don't take any percentage of sales, transactions, or claims. Customers pay you directly when they show up. We never touch your money — we're not a payment processor, by design.
What if I want to reach customers outside my city?
Add the Nationwide reach add-on (+$99.99/mo) on top of any tier. Your listings will show to qualified locals in all 50 states — great for destination businesses (resorts, retreats, specialty shops worth traveling for).
How do customers pay me?
However they normally do. They walk into your business, sit down, get the service, and pay you with the payment method you accept. Cash, card, Apple Pay, whatever. Voilà LOCAL never holds your customers' money — that's intentional.
Why is there an application?
Because curation is the product. The locals on Voilà trust that every business they see was personally vetted. That trust is why deals get claimed at the rate they do. We'd rather have 200 great businesses in your city than 2,000 mediocre ones. The application is how we maintain that.
